Common folk who were tired of being tread upon
I felt like crawling into a hole when I saw what happened

Handcuffs and zipties and possibly a billy club
Rioters bangin’ on the door, trying to get in

DC, a pro-Trump mob crashed into the building, a historical first
People flooded in - shots fired - police ordered everyone out
A phalanx of staff and press and senators, pepper spray, and fire extinguishers
Sirens wailed from the outside

This will start a civil war revolution

“Violence is a possibility”
“Fight like hell to take back our country”
“You are allowed to go by different rules”
“Walk down to the capitol I’ll be right behind you”

They threw me to the floor
I screamed for help as loud as I could
